All day singing and dinner on the ground

This will be the second annual upper east Tennessee shape note singing in recent history. It is a two book singing. We shall sing from "The Christian Harmony and from the "New Harp of Columbia."

The date is, and shall ever be, the Saturday before the first Sunday in November. This year that is November 1. We will begin at ten o'clock, eat at noon, and conclude at three.

The flyer will have more information. Please download, copy and distribute it freely.

We are asking for registration. There is no obligation, of course. We just want to have and idea of how many might be coming. So, send me an e-mail via the linkage in the list on the left.

If you can volunteer to help in preparation and on the day, please let me know. Many hands make light work.

Sign up for dinner on the ground. I'll be sending an e-mail. If you will, please reply when you get it and let us know what you will bring. If you don't know what you're bringing, no worries. Just bring it. If you can't bring a dish, no worries. Just wait for the end of the line and then help yourself. We'll have plenty.

Fold the flyer

Fold the right panel over the middle panel so that the edge of the paper is even with the edge of the picture in the middle panel. Then fold the left panel over. It can be a little shy of flush with the right edge.

Feel free to save your own copy, delete all the graphics and you will have a template to create flyers for yourself.
